1.Information We Collect

The information collected through our Services depends on how you interact with them and which features you use.

Information You Provide to Us

You may voluntarily provide information to us when you:

• contact us through our website or by email;
• submit a customer-support inquiry;
• subscribe to a newsletter or marketing communication;
• participate in surveys, promotions, beta programs, or similar activities; or
• otherwise communicate directly with us.

This information may include your name, email address, message contents, support information, and any other information you choose to provide.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless specifically requested.

Information Used Within Our Games

Our games may allow you to enter information used solely for gameplay, such as a company name, player-created name, preferences, progression data, settings, inventory, virtual currency balances, or saved-game information.

Unless otherwise stated within a particular game, this information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Ombo Entertainment.

For example, company names selected by players in Trash Truck Tycoon are currently stored locally and are not registered as unique usernames or stored in an Ombo Entertainment account system.

We currently do not require users to create Ombo Entertainment accounts to play our games.

Advertising and Device Information

Our games may use third-party advertising and mediation technologies, including Unity LevelPlay and ironSource technology provided by Unity.

Depending on the device, operating system, privacy settings, consent choices, applicable law, and advertising configuration, these services may process information such as:

• device or advertising identifiers;
• advertising-related information;
• information about interactions with advertisements;
• information about interactions with the application;
• device and application information;
• performance information;
• technical information used for fraud prevention, security, attribution, frequency capping, or advertising measurement; and
• consent or privacy-choice information.

Advertising may include rewarded advertising, interstitial advertising, banner advertising, or other advertising formats.

Where permitted and where you have provided any legally required consent, advertising may be personalized based on information used by advertising providers.

We do not directly receive or maintain payment-card information or similar financial-account credentials through our advertising services.

App Tracking Transparency

On Apple devices, we will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before engaging in tracking that requires such permission.

If you decline tracking permission, we will not use the Apple advertising identifier or otherwise permit tracking in a manner prohibited by Apple’s policies.

Declining tracking permission does not necessarily prevent you from seeing advertisements. Ads may instead be contextual, non-personalized, or based on information that does not require tracking permission.

You may change tracking permissions through your device settings.

Purchases

Our games may offer in-app purchases for digital content, virtual currency, premium passes, cosmetic items, or similar digital products.

Payments made through an app marketplace, such as the Apple App Store, are processed by the applicable marketplace. Ombo Entertainment generally does not receive your complete payment-card information.

Our games currently use Unity In-App Purchasing technology to support in-app purchases.

Unity and the applicable app store may process technical information associated with purchases, such as device information, installation identifiers, session identifiers, country information, store transaction information, and information necessary to validate and fulfill purchases.

Purchases may also be associated with locally stored game information so that purchased digital items or virtual currency can be delivered to you.

Diagnostics, Crash Reports, and Performance Information

We may use diagnostic and crash-reporting technology, including Unity technologies, to understand crashes, errors, performance issues, device compatibility problems, and technical failures.

Depending on our configuration, diagnostic information may include:

• crash logs;
• exception reports;
• installation-specific identifiers;
• device and operating-system information;
• application version and build information;
• performance information;
• telemetry;
• configuration information; and
• technical information necessary to reproduce or diagnose errors.

We use this information to maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our Services.

We do not intend to include names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information in custom diagnostic metadata.

Website Information

When you visit our website, our hosting, security, content-delivery, and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information associated with your request, such as:

• IP address;
• browser and device type;
• operating system;
• requested pages;
• referring information;
• approximate network information;
• timestamps;
• security-related information; and
• information necessary to deliver and protect the website.

Our website may use Cloudflare services for hosting, content delivery, security, and website analytics.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed as a privacy-focused analytics service and does not use traditional behavioral advertising tracking to create advertising profiles.

Newsletter Information

If you subscribe to an Ombo Entertainment newsletter, we may collect your email address and related subscription information.

We use this information to send news, product announcements, game updates, promotional communications, and other information you requested.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the communication or by contacting us.

We may use a third-party email or newsletter provider to send communications on our behalf.

Contact Forms and Support

If you contact us through a website form, email, or other support channel, we may collect your email address, name, correspondence, and information necessary to respond to your request.

We may retain support correspondence for recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, service improvement, and legal compliance.

2.Information We Generally Do Not Intentionally Collect

Unless a particular feature clearly requires it and we provide appropriate notice, Ombo Entertainment does not intentionally collect:

• precise GPS location;
• health or fitness information;
• contacts or address books;
• biometric information;
• government identification numbers;
• financial account passwords;
• private photos, videos, or audio;
• private communications between users; or
• sensitive personal information unrelated to providing our Services.

Our current games do not provide player-to-player chat or a public social-networking system.

3.How We Use Information

provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Services; deliver game functionality and purchases; provide advertisements; measure advertising performance where permitted; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose crashes and technical problems; protect our Services and users; respond to support requests; communicate with you; deliver newsletters you requested; understand how our websites and games perform; comply with legal obligations; enforce our agreements; protect our rights; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4.Advertising

Our games may contain third-party advertising.

Advertising providers may receive or process device and usage information in order to serve advertisements, measure their effectiveness, prevent advertising fraud, control advertising frequency, perform attribution, and, where permitted, personalize advertisements.

We currently use Unity LevelPlay/ironSource technology for advertising mediation.

Advertising practices may differ depending on:

• your country or region;
• device privacy settings;
• Apple App Tracking Transparency choices;
• age-related settings;
• consent choices;
• applicable privacy law; and
• advertising-network configuration.

We may add or remove advertising partners in the future. We will update this Privacy Policy and relevant app-store disclosures when material changes affect our data practices.

5.Personalized Advertising

Where legally permitted, we may allow advertising providers to use information for personalized or interest-based advertising.

We will obtain consent where required by applicable law or platform rules.

On Apple platforms, we will not engage in tracking that requires App Tracking Transparency authorization unless the user has granted that authorization.

Users who decline personalized advertising or tracking may still receive advertising that is contextual or non-personalized.

Our website may use cookies, local storage, security technologies, or similar technologies where necessary to:

operate the website; maintain security; prevent abuse; remember preferences; process form submissions; and support functionality you request.

• in-app purchasing;

Current providers may include Unity Technologies and its affiliated products, Apple, and Cloudflare.

Third-party providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, contractual obligations, and applicable law.

Where third parties process personal information on our behalf, we require them to provide appropriate protections consistent with applicable law and the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Some advertising providers may process information as independent controllers for their own lawful advertising, measurement, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for money.

However, certain disclosures of device identifiers or advertising information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. privacy laws even where no money is exchanged.

Where such laws apply, users may exercise applicable opt-out rights as described below.

9.Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the Services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the system involved.

• Support and contact correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain appropriate business records.
• Newsletter subscription information may be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited suppression records necessary to respect your opt-out.

• Locally stored game data remains on your device until deleted by the game, overwritten, reset, or removed through uninstalling or clearing application data, subject to operating-system behavior.

However, no online service, device, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and associated app-store account.

Ombo Entertainment is based in the United States.

If you access our Services from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Those countries may have privacy laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required by law, we and our service providers use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections, adequacy mechanisms, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

12.Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under 13.

Our games are not intended to be offered in Apple’s Kids Category unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 in a manner that requires verified parental consent.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately handle that information.

Because our current games do not require Ombo Entertainment user accounts, we may have little or no information that can reasonably be associated with you directly.

Ombo Entertainment does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Our current games may not use push notifications.

If we introduce push notifications, we will request any permissions required by the operating system before sending them.

Push-notification providers, including Apple or Google, may process a device push token and related technical information necessary to deliver notifications.

You may disable notifications through your device settings at any time.

We will update our disclosures if our use of notifications materially changes our data practices.

19.Local Game Data

Certain gameplay data may exist only on your device.

Because Ombo Entertainment may not receive or control this data, we may be unable to access, restore, modify, or delete locally stored information on your behalf.

You can generally remove locally stored game information by using available reset functionality, clearing application storage where supported, or uninstalling the game, subject to your operating system and any applicable platform backup functionality.

20.Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store.

Those platforms independently collect and process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

Ombo Entertainment does not control the privacy practices of those platforms.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites.
